BH -John Townsend Is Fan Bloody Tastic. I can't see what your issue of him is. He is a reporter. What he says is not alway going to be positive for a club or player, but he does a fantastic job for the WAFL. Russell Reid a good second but a fair way off.

Well said TFaF...every article JT writes about the WAFL is a bonus as he could be like every other Seven West journo and just covering the Eagles and to a lesser extent Freo.

Have previously said it, I think Townsend does a good job reporting the Wafl. He's not always accurate,
but then again no-one is perfect. Can't be an easy job being a reporter.
And any Wafl reports in the media is a good thing

You blokes do realise he is paid to write on the WAFL for The West?...it is after all his job along with the cricket reporting in Summer!
He is the Senior WAFL reporter at the West along with Russell Reid and they both do not cover the AFL at all.
He is not doing the WAFL reports out of the goodness of his heart.

Yep...I think we all understand that BH but what I like is that he tackles issues outside normal game day reporting and is not afraid to upset the AFL and/or WAFC.
