What else should they have done?

Bearing in mind that (apparently) Swimming Australia and ASADA protocols require that matters such as this be handled in a particular manner.

I don't see Horton's stand as being idiotic. He didn't know she had been busted, unlike Yang who has served a previous suspension, but has been allowed to swim pending an appeal on a further alleged transgression.
