Not too much to add from me SH & Mike have pretty much hit the nail on the head in the posts above.
Hopefully Cip isnt out for too long as I knew we were going to be in trouble when he went down early in the 2nd qtr.
In some positives I thought it was a fine debut by Nathan Ireland down back who is a very promising young player with good hands and a good foot skills.
Also the Colts and Reserves had thumping wins and hopefully now some of the lads will get rewarded for their efforts as long as they are fit enough now for League footy.

We fed off Perths mistakes in the first half. Several times they made some poor decisions to switch the ball in their back half and handed Swans some easy goals on the turnover. At the half way mark of the third quarter the score was 10-6-66 to 6-3-39 and I thought Swans were 1 goal away from breaking the game open. Then all of a sudden the entire momentum of the game changed and it was driven by Jones. Perth absolutely dominated that last 45 minutes of footy to kick 5-9 to 1-2. It was like they had built a massive wall over their centre line that we couldnt get through. It just amazed me that Perth didnt manage to hit the front till about the 26 minute mark of the last quarter, I could tell we were shot from early in the last quarter. When Riggio kicked the goal on one of our few forays forward, I was hoping that we may be able to hang on against the odds but it was not to be.
I got the feeling yesterday that Swans are a team where too few are doing too much to prop us up. Riggio, Hampson, Gault, Notte and Turner are carrying too much of the midfield load and need more support. This may explain why we are running out of gas late in games. If someone could please explain what Howlett adds to the team has opposed to someone like Chad Daniels, Ethan Maguire or Jack O'Sullivan. He seems to get caught a lot and his disposal is nothing special. Maybe he will be more useful in the wet weather but by the time that comes our season may well be done, if it isnt already.

Didn't get to the game yesterday. But listened to the second half on the Wafl stream app.Statistically it looked like Swans should of lost by 5 goals. So they done pretty well to lead so late in the game and lead most of the day.Good response from the Demons who had dropped 2 in a row.

Hampson has been reported for striking for the 2nd week in a row. Last week he got away with a reprimand, this time he may not be so lucky. Struggling teams do not need this stuff where senior players are being undisciplined. Sets a very bad example for the young players. The coach needs to draw a line in the sand here surely?

I think you guys are heading in the right direction. You have got some very talented talls I'm a bit envious of but probably lacking some bigger bodies in the midfield to help out Riggio. He looked like imposing himself when the game was on the line and most likely to drag your club over the line. How old is Riggio? I like the look of Patrick Italiano, I see he only got 7 possessions but he's a real goer and I've been impressed with No 47 Warrick Wilson both times I've seen him now.
Get on your bike.

Riggio is 31 DD, he is the last remaining member of the 2010 premiership team (Tony Notte was in the squad but sadly didnt play in the grand final). This may be his last season although we have been saying this for a few years. He will leave a massive hole when he retires.Italiano is 20 and comes from the South West. He is a real trier but lacks a bit of polish in his disposal. Warwick Wilson is a very talented player who hasnt quite nailed the consistency that would make him an elite WAFL performer.

He did play well BH, especially in the air.

Glass' importance to the team was hammered home by his absence yesterday.

As for Hampson. I thought he did well last week, but the guy has to stop playing for frees.
