Been reported in the Australian Newspaper. That Shaun Marsh has rejected a 1 year contract with the Perth Scorchers. And this year's winners Melbourne Renegades have snapped Shaun up on a 3 year lucrative contract.Well done Shaun take the cash.

At 35 + not too fussed with Marsh's decision mate....helped win the Scorcher a few titles in his career...perhaps may entice Phillippe to come back with a vacancy in the batting line up....let Shaun enjoy his money........could be another Brad Hoggesque like move....

I would rather us somehow manage to recruit back 29yo's Short, Stoinis & 21yo Phillipe then retain SOS at 37 who has been a great servant for the PS.

It looks like Coulter-Nile and Cartwright are out the door as well....and apparently Phillipe has been offered a big contract to stay east. Maybe there's something not quite right in WA cricket at the moment.
