Here's hoping for another good effort by the Royals against a strong Claremont side. Not much said about the good footy that the EP Reserves are playing at the moment, which is great to put the pressure on the league boys to perform. Good luck to both sides.

The ressies first quarter against swans was a bit average but the second was ok but after the main break they showed what they can do!

As for the league the EAST Perth Players along with Oklongo showed a great deal of fight and grit but I am not sure that it will be enough against the ladder toppers this week.

Need players willing to lose their heads going for the hard ball gets. No communication between ruckman and the rivers. Too many skill errors and overuse of the handball.

Not the result we were after in both games. A lot of skill errors such as dropped marks but you cant take away the efforts they are putting in.

Got no grunt in the midfield, all the mids are outside players and don’t get a hard ball.
There’s a couple of boys in the reserves just waiting for a call up, give them a go.
The senior boys never gave young Ameduri a chop out, he got smashed all day running with Bolton

and yet kerr and scott are in the best players, high possessions are not what we need, we need dobbo, lewie miller et al to doing the hard stuff, Oko, Aj and Hille are doing the job along with North, Cahill and Harty so the basis is there!

In your opinion mate how close is Nathan Arbon away from a gig? From what I've seen in the ressies he must be getting close to the tap on the shoulder

Arbs appears to be flourishing under Barnard, he gets more than enough of the ball, he needs to use it a bit better but that is coming, he must be close, soon I reckon!

He would have to be very close. 35, 39 and 39 possessions in the three matches (1 win 2 losses) isn't too shabby.
