My point Freeze being there is a misconception on here that SD have a great zone etc 6 Colts flags in 70 years is hardly dominate compared to the likes of CL & EF who would have won more than double that.

Think you are confusing EF with SF mate for continued colts success...…...yep agree EF colts have been strong but not premiership strong

Quite possibly Freeze but EF have won 2 this decade from memory.
According to waflfootyfacts CL & EF have both won over 60% of their Colts games since 1957 whilst every other WAFL club has won in the 40-49% range SF are 3rd best at 49%.

Apologies Terror.

I don’t know BC, I didn’t go to the game because I refuse to give Subi 1 cent of my hard earned, I caught up with a couple of projects at home ?

hahahaha....so does your club refuse to give one cent of their hard earned to anyone...

Same here, general bye this one but from all reports we were not a hint of a chance. Big game next week, going to be a ripper round.

Winger: Hey Falcon did you go to the footy today?
Falcon: No mate, of course not. You?
Winger: Christ no, we were playing subi and they never lose, haven’t lost for a couple of years now. They probably beat us by 10.
Falcon: Yeah probably, ha.
Winger: Do you wanna do something other than follow the wafl cos subi really have fucked it up totally?
Falcon: Yeah sure, anything has to be better than that boring crap.

:P :P :P Thanks for the wrap and support boys but it is what it is. Its a very very bitter pill to take when you get the likes of BC taking the piss and making a mockery of this once great competition.

This issue can be debated endlessly but Subi fans will always circle the wagons and deny that their on field success is in any way related to their financial might. Other fans will always think the opposite. Except Freeze, of course, who maintains an almost touching naiveté that all WAFL clubs are absolutely equal in terms of zones and resources. But you can throw around colts success and draftees as much as you like, the simple fact is that the most financially powerful club over the past 20 years has been, by some margin, the most successful club. If Subi fanswant to believe that those things are unrelated and that Subi's success is due to "good management" and "high standards" and whatever other platitudes you want to throw up, go for your life, but don't expect the rest of us just to accept that's just how things are and analyse games like this is part of the normal ebb and flow of a healthy competition.

Pointing the finger at Subi's financial situation is a very easy target for the intellectually inept when trying to explain their dominance in recent times but how do rationalise Subi's smashing of WP on Saturday with half the side made up of last years ressies GF players? Given ressies players don't get paid and they've stayed with the club from last year and obviously improved where has money made the difference there? As Freez says...there's more to it than just cash in the bank but some on here choose to ignore that fact.

See, here we go again, circling the wagons. So I'll say "Subi don't pay reserves, come off it." And you'll say "Where's your proof mate, put up or shut up." And other WAFL fans will agree with me that it's an open secret and Subi fans will support BC. Meanwhile Freeze will say "What about the Mortons... Fark... Lol... and we're all off to the races again.

If Perth pays reserves anything meaningful then you're the only one as I understand it.
