Remember years back when Kmart sold guns.While I would never want the American firearms laws here.Baits are not killing the feral foxes+cats+rabbits+boars now in plauge proportions. Just recently on the east coast they released 69 endangered marsupials back into the wild.All tagged and after 3 months only two are left.
Is anyone on here a licenced firearm owner?Guns have to be locked in an approved Gun safe.If you take a firearm to a shooting range or farm.You notify the police in advanced of your movements. The laws have tightend up the last 5 years.Most 3 calibres or more are now duel licences. Leaving the guns with the farmers.

Sure do mate. used to go into K Mart Kardinya, about 1979 or so just after it opened and there was a good range of rifles on display on the wall in the sports section.

Gun cabinets have to be inspected and meet the standard in - Steel Gage, Pad Locks and must be secured to a wall and floor in keeping with the standards ( bolted to concrete floor ). Firearms must also be disengaged in storage, bolts have to be removed and kept separate from the weapon.

Have a .22 calibre air riffle at home.And a 3.83 calibre gun at a farm in York.

I think Pauline Hanson has run her race. I think most of us have forgiven her for her lack of ability when it comes to speaking up until now but what I can't accept from her is telling us her and her cronies were set up and everything has been taken out of context, we were on the sauce and what she said about Port Arthur being a government conspiracy was something she read once in a little blue book she can't remember the title of.

For me she's lost her credibility and the only ones who will vote for her are those that just hate the only parties that are capable of forming government and don't really consider their merits.

Conservative voters need to come back to the sensible centre, Liberals and Nationals are the only way to counter the ALP and Greens, voting One Nation,or Palmer is a complete waste of time, as has been proven by these latest videos and Palmers last shambolic party when everyone left him.

All of which begs the question, of what would have happened had those 2 clowns not been found out by the report?

I don't like what our political system has become and I'm hoping the majority feel the same. Whoever has won the last few elections have been hamstrung by having to deal with independents and the Greens to get their policies over the line. I'll be voting for the encumbant government but I would rather see whoever wins, win it with a clear majority. If that is Labor then so be it.

Let them govern in their own right, but I'm hoping that will be the coalition.
