If you dont like Jan 26th as Australia's national day then don't celebrate it, simple as that. By all means make a peaceful protest that doesn't intrude on those who wish to enjoy the day like we did down on the banks of the Avon river for the Shire of York Australia Day breakfast followed by a backyard barby with the family.

I think they need to start looking inwardly instead of blaming everyone else for their problems.

To say they are being treated as second class citizens is complete an utter BS, for every man women and child we spend about 4000 more on indigenous than anyone else and you have to say the returns are pretty scant , the reason they are in prison is because they commit more crime , poor health and education come about by being left in dysfunctional family situations, booze smokes drugs all largely self inflicted, millions are wasted each year on failed programmes ASIC was a huge Rort , seen it all first hand.

Jeez mate, I have played somewhat of a foil. Although nothing like having one of your own covering your back, I may just ease back a bit;)

No ooollll....your concern around Subi's possible slide this year due to lack of recruiting, a new coach and the way they struggled to get wins on the board last year is still very much appreciated. B)

It wasn't "invasion day" as there were NO civilized occupants here. Just like New Guinea but not as smart.
If the minority dont want to celebrate then go to work ( on normal pay) or suck lemons. Poms dont whinge about Romans or Vikings invading their country..

Well my biggest concern is how to replace big Zac Clarke, in all other areas I'm confident the Lions can be at least competitive if not slightly better.
Made the point before on Mitch Andrews being a stop gap for a year in the Ruck and if there is a chance Subiaco can entice to the Lions den for a season then he is a very good get.
