Yep apart from breaking into the place full of piss after hours, lieing about every aspect of your claim, refusing to let the AFP inspect your mobile phone during the investigation, not turning up to interviews,  that lead the AFP to come to the conclusion that the thing should not proceed. Signing a book deal and speaking to the media before any charges were laid which the police specifically advised her not to do, she's a credible and hard done by for sure.

I prefer Lurhmanns chances of defamation against Wilkinson and Co.
