Not 100% sure, but selling the game means $$$$$ to WP. C & EF have done the same. The $$$ may be in the few thousands but its a few bucks to the clubs.

I know Swans told WCE in no uncertain terms to not even bother asking to buy their game off us as we would lose out financially because we have the highest membership and also is disrespectful to our members

I would think that West Perth will be very comfortable playing at Lathlain given their fond memories of the place over the past 10- 15 years. A 2nd home ground really.
