West Perth will have some of the best facilities in the league within a couple of years with the new development approved for Joondy. They will have their own clubrooms and places for the history and memorabilia no longer as subject to the whims of the current blood sucking ground managers. So why would they shift. Their move to Joondy has produced, I think, 4 premierships and they have a vast young population at their doorstep that will provide plenty of talent into the future so why move?

Subi have extensive first class facilities at Leederville and have had 6 GF appearances for 4 flags since moving their, so again why would they contemplate a move to south Geraldton?

The only things that seem likely and obvious are that WCE will cast aside EP as soon as the Lathlain facilities are ready and force (or make a financial offer to good to refuse) the WAFL and Perth into an alignment. EP will either fold or merge or Bronte will ride back in on his white HSV and pump more dollars into the once proud and historic club he has just sold down the river for 30 pieces of silver.
