As for Foxtel cup if we dont improve and even send our best team they will bury us.
No one is that bad. Dont agree we have a problem in the Ruck as we have 2 good ruckmen in Chris and Seva... and it is all good for people to say Ruckman win games but it depends on who it comes down to.

Good input Steve... OK to talk about Mellington etc but the only big difference is Hutchings and EP have him for the finals.
I seriously think it is structure and match plans that are letting us down.

We need to go back to basics and run 22 guys on. 18 on the field play set positions and one on one. It does work. I think Bill has been experimenting to much using AFL plans and they are not working.
WP are running around like a bunch of Headless Chooks at the moment and must really go back to the KISS principal.

Karrakatta not a long trip and the guy is a legend at the club. Sure it will be a big turnout. Hopefully the WPFC website will keep us informed of the date and times.
If not will ring the club. Ross might just want a private funeral and we have to respect those wishes.

The players are not following what I believe Bill has been trying to employ .. Why this continual hugging the outer boundry and how many times to do you kick out of bounds until you think - "ummm shit, I should stop"
The same high stat players are NOT AFFECTIVE in the hand offs, their gets are soft, and generally playing for themselves
The skills this year have been a disaster - I disagree the errors have been in the game plan, but rather the exacution of that plan.
Good footy players may struggle with a plans playing fortune but to not be able to kick to your man, sight a player in the open, be able to think as you play & alter the destiny of a balls arrival if too many oposition players are forming, players just not running hard, sloppy tackling or no tackling, communicating to a player hes about to be run down (arrrrgh) .... and on

I place more responsability on the players this year than altered stratagies not working (in my opinion..)
Kody is definatly hurt - he never gives up, and his last games are not him.
Adams tried hard from what I could see and he shook off some heavy tackles and applied several more. Good to see the effort.
We have no breaking centre players (hutchy)- Gaudy tries but he's restricted by his own players sadly.
Without the forward pressure our balls just bounce out of our forward fifty.
Razor was in the mix as expected from him.
But as in many games this year - toooo many failures to simply deliver the ball.

Based on what I saw on the replay, I thought Wheelers was just a 50, late contact when he jumped into your blokes back in the marking contest, your bloke was straight up after, so a really soft report.

Halligan I think was for a solid bump but again the replay shows no head contact just solid shoulder to shoulder stuff and your lad was straight up after. If that's a report then lets put up the netball hoops. I didn't see the Crisp one but after Crispy went in very hard on one of the Subi boys the commentators mentioned it was a bit of payback. Will be interesting to see what the tribunal does but both were soft as shite and should be thrown out

Dont know why the umpires waste there time with half of these reports as if you look at the tribunal results the majority are dismissed.
Soft reports like some of their soft Decisions on the field.
Will have a look tonight but suspect dismissed or rep. They will most probably look at the ABC tape.

I thought clanger's was late, reckless and unnecessary but should only get a reprimand as it wasn't overly forceful. halligan's will probably get thrown out.

I didn't get to the game but recorded it and watched it later. I'd be shocked if either got weeks. Both careless but nothing more. Good game, Subi more consistant but WP show signs of playing good footy but can't do it for long enough. WP could still cause some upsets b4 the season's out. Great crowd - WP and Swans do a great job in promoting big games and offering more for the public. The rest of the comp has work to do in this area. I liked the look of Halligan for Subi he played well in a good overall team effort. Stevo out for the year's dissapointing and Delahunty didn't look good. Who else besides Bowland is due back ? What's the story with Wortho and Madut,Elliott etc ??? We probably have about 8 players still out of action.
