Personally Mike I would put links on the site somewhere to the links I have given above. Of course other clubs would have some time of storage but the Video Archives and There youtube site are good starters.
If you go to their webpage they also attempt to find vides if you give requests. Certainly takes a load off your shoulders when a service is already up and running and is excellant.

30GB you say in storage on your site is not a great deal and will need upgrading very shortly I would say.
ps I will put my idea's etc on Suggestions from now on as we are getting a bit off topic here
