Mitch Morton is and thats why i stated his name and not the others in my post!
Straight from the AFL to the wafl and that would be the the same story as Kerr if in fact he plays on in the wafl at another club other than the Sharks.

Transfer fees are almost set in stone these days by the WAFL rules. Maximum is set at $20,000.

Group 1 Up To $15,000 and $5,000 upon registration for a second year). Club Captain, State player, top 3 in Club Fairest & Best, Former AFL player.

Group 2 Up To $10,000. Vice Captain, State squad member, top 6 in Club Fairest and Best, former AFL listed player or former AFL player, played at least 50 games of his
games at league level at his current WAFL Club.

Group 3 Up To $7,000. Regular League player, has played more than 50% of his games at league level over the last two seasons.

Group 4 Up To $4,000. Occasional league player, has played less than 50% of his league games at league level over the last two seasons.

Group 5 $3,000 to paid on League games played basis. Regular Reserves player that has not played League Football.

Group 6 Current Colts player who has played at WAFL Colts level. $2,000 to be paid on a league games played basis.

I think Subiaco would be the only club with enough money to afford him!
