The most interesting or unexplained point is how does Wulf be found guilty twice in one season and recieve no suspension?
Please explain.

Hi Astro, thats the issue i have as well.
Dont dispute the fact that Kody should have been suspended. Probably 1 week or at the worse 2 weeks.
All i ask for is a bit of consistency. As you said how can Wulff get reprimanded 2 times during the year.
Also D. Kerr should have gone during the year when playing for EF but managed to get off.

Frank, as I mentioned in a previous post, the tribunal gave him the retirement sympathy card due to the GF and now have egg on their face "clowns"

While not being sure if D Kerr will pull the boots on for EF now that he has left the weagles , if so it will be very interesting to see if this players nasty ways will be treated with the same 'blind willy' approach from the WAFL tribunal - Old buddies may still pull strings for him??
Still I live I hope of seeing this mans lose weeks from the WAFL games ha-ha-ha
Cant help my cynicism regards Kerr - 'yes' a wonderful player on his day - but DIRTY none the less...

couple of things

it was a 1 match ban for what looks like a 1 match ban, it was upgraded to 2 because of the gf loading.

the WAFL tribunal is independent to the WAFL mrp, WP would know this, why they decide to challenge it is quite frankly mind boggling.

raponi will have a whinge about anything that affects WP even though they were stupid to do it in the first place its just they way he is.

swan42, casserlys suspension has absolutely nothing to do with the WAFL and the tribunal system so i dont know why you would even think its worth raising in this example.

casserly was punished by asada, whether that is right, wrong or too harsh its beside the point he was guilty under their guidelines and copped the ban that they quite clearly outline and that all the players are aware of because they do the drug education training.

c4c you are fundamentally wrong; it was the WAFL tribunal which suspended him. ASADA do not issue suspensions; they issue infraction notices. It is also my understanding that the greatest suspension for the same infringement, anywhere in the world, was 6 months.

the wall operates under the AFL anti doping code and thus ASADA this is stated in the rules and regs, any penalty given out would be as a result of asadas recommendation and penalty guidelines.

There was also a player suspended for the mandatory 2 years in the VFL for having an energy drink. And you will probably find that the st kinda player will get 2 years as well

Whether these cases should be put in the same basket as cadwallader is probably a good point of discussion because an energy drink or flu tablets in my opinion are a long way from injecting steroids but like I said it's the rules that the leagues operate under and the players need to be careful and aware with these things .
