They were WB but a few clubs let the rest of us down and sold out namely- CL, WP & EF!

And hopefully that means someone is paying us to use our facilities ie change rooms etc... I assume those visiting clubs will use our changerooms not the visitors rooms.

On a different note, I thought it was a pretty poor write up by Jordan McArdle in the West and Sunday Times describing the game as “scrappy, it wasn’t pretty but it was enough”. If you look at the scoreline qtr by qtr it was a tight affair all day with the lead changing several times throughout the match and both sides created plenty of scoring opportunities.

Sure there were lots of skill errors but that’s the nature of football these days even at AFL level .

So, we need to win both remaining games by large margins to ensure a finals shot.
Even then I cannot see WCE losing to EF next week. They have suddenly crept up on the competition despite losing to SD.
You never know but the odds are against the Demons. Whatever happens, I hope we finish the season with something positive to take forward to 2020.

Smokey we are a game clear against the Eagles. It's simple. Win against Peel and we play finals.

I heard MB got hit and he gets reported. How can someone get reported if they are the one getting whacked.

Thought Blake Johnson had a good game yesterday. Really seemed to be taking his marks and having a presence around the ground.

Having Corey Byrne in the side really gives us a lift and makes us a better team.

Very important 4 points and now our destiny is in our own hands.

Good call. I went out this morning and read it and couldn’t believe it. Over 20g kicked, close all day. He totally missed point of game. Poor effort.

The other encouraging effort was Josh Burke. Maybe he's a forward.

Just finished listening to a replay of the call of the game on 91.3fm and Tony Micale rated it the best game he’s seen in the WAFL all season. And I think Jordan McArdle’s 1200 approx crowd estimate might be embarrassingly short as well. In fact I’d like to see the total attendances at all games this year. Take out the WC v Freo curtain raiser to the earlier derby and I reckon Perth would top the attendance averages by some margin this year.

I reckon there was even a pretty respectable crowd at the recent Thursday night game against Subiaco on a very cold night that was televised.

Because the ump only saw his overly aggressive (yet justified) retaliation.
