Great to see Ethan Hansen named in the squad. Super talented elusive youngester who's been going alright up on the wing in the ressies. Would love to see him debut tomorrow.

I agree that its great to see him given a chance, but surely not over Flash Gordon or Zareth Roe?

I reckon Hansen is the next cab off the rank, he's been playing well in the twos. Flash hasn't been that flash from what I've seen of him so far. He's coming off an injury so he might take some time to get firing again and Zareth Roe has been steady without being spectacular so far mostly playing in defence. I'm a big fan of Roe but I don't see him ahead of Hansen as the next in line yet.

Going on current form, Perth by 45+

First some perspective: 5-1 is still way better than I would have ever expected. That said, having had unexpected wins against SF and C, disappointing to lose one which, on paper, we should have won. I'm not calling for wholesale changes, but some guys must under serious pressure. Dennis, as a permanent forward, has kicked one goal in six games. Smith had 7 touches and has been poor since the Eagles game. Eyres had 5 touches and not a single mark. Cary and Rogers also need to do more. For my part, I would bring in two of Payne, Henderson or Johnson for Smith and Dennis.

Yeah we always lose to WP so no big surprise. We are on the improve, not a top side. For mine the loss as TN says exposes a massive undercurrent of poorly performing players that had been masked by some deserved bit lucky wins. Single out LD by all means, he has been unbelievably bad. And bozo not far behind him. And garstone not far behind him.

All respects to the loyal Perth supporters. But I have to post this, Stand the Test my friend and your captain Corey Yoe, don’t blow your bags because you have won a few games.
