Not sure Smokey. Will have to wait and see.

There is an intraclub on March 2nd, we play Swans on March 9th another intraclub on March 16th, play Claremont at Lathlain on March 23rd and play Peel at their ground on March 30th.

Put it this way Smokey I reckon it’s a very low percentage of players recruited from the bush/amateur leagues that turn out to be any good in the wafl.

You can't ask for anymore than getting a F&B. Obviously been encouraged to give it another crack and hopefully we are the beneficiary.

I think we are living in hope.
Anyway happy to give him a go doesn't cost money or points.
But we can't blow our trumpets about recruiting him.
He's not a recruit he is a walk-in.
A recruiting has failed big time.

That means our football Club has failed to move forward.
Time for change.

As expected Sydney Stack has been rookie listed by Richmond and joins Luke English.
Good luck to both our boys. We will watch their development at AFL with interest.

I'm not sure its all doom and gloom this year. Yes recruiting has let us down - again. The playrs we have recruited have been walk ins, so our footy department cannot take credit for that....But I think we have a slightly better team than last year and I honesty think we are the only club that can say that. From what I can gather no other teams have strengthened their sides.
I predict 4th place.

I think Narrier, Rogers and Bryant are all good gets. However as people have said our recruiters have not produced much. Having said that I’m not sure who was out there. Look at Subi. They got Marsh. The Eagles got Grey. Who else was there? I don’t follow other teams recruiting that closely. I think EF got some ex-afl players back. Swans got Hampton. And EF got a good’un from WP whose name slips my memory. EP haven’t got much. Not even SF have had a star signing. Or if they have it slipped my memory. Claremont recruited one and kept their list together which suggests they’ll be thereabouts alongside SF and Subi. Subi will come back to the pack a bit. Even so be surprised if they aren’t minor premiers. Subi, Claremont, SF will be 1,2,3. Below that is anyone’s guess. Peel should finish 4 but then the Dockers are at a low ebb. The Eagles will be there about. WP won’t slide too much. Not as far as people expect. To finish 4th we will need an extra 25% from those mid-range players. And we need to unearth a colt or two.

The biggest gain will be seeing Atkins get the arse and the new regime takes over.
