We play Swans this Saturday for the third time this season. We were within 4-points at the 10-minute mark of the third quarter when we played them at Lathlain early in the season and were 40-points up very late into the second quarter at Bassendean last month.

Including the poor second quarter against West Perth we still had our chances to win against the Falcons.

Kristian Cary did hurt a knee or ankle against West Perth so I'm not sure whether or not he will be available. Isn't listed on the clubs injury list.

Sinclair got reported against WP.

1 week but with guilty plea got a reprimand so all sweet there.

Next three weeks, starting with this one against Swans, will define the season. Massive chance for this club to throw off decades of mediocrity and be a real chance of making finals...finally

Dazz we have stepped up a notch this season in terms of commitment, focus and desire as well as improved skill level. It seems to me that we might have something good happening. The addition of recruits like Yeo and Giobbi have added significantly to our midfield structure, Mickey Bennell has brought a lot of excitement around goals and guys like Leggett and Byrne have matured and Wilkins, Hendo, Browny, Dennis, Cary etc have gone to another level.
However, we cannot afford to rest on our laurels at all. We are still not good enough but if we can build on what has been achieved this season, then we might finally look forward to some excitement.
But, we will need to do some critical recruiting that we have failed to do for so long. Without that, what has been achieved this season will be all for nought. We cannot let the group down by not giving them the support they have earned.

Geez what a small injury list.....only one out for the season......you guys have done well to contain it, well done you.

Spencer White must come into the league side this week for this crucial game. He needs to prove he is capable of playing sustained football and is value to the PFC between now and the end of the year. Otherwise we should part company. If he can produce some form he will add a much needed marking and leading target up forward.

Wasn't Sam out with an ankle or a foot or ankle injury for 6 weeks earlier? This must be a second injury.
This is the best injury list I have seen at the club for years, we need to really make the most of this. Win this game and we are more than likely equal 4th. Lose it and we stay 8th.
