I was 10 when we won our last GF and have followed them passionately since then.

We are a club that needs help before we fold. The CEO has done NOTHING and would been sacked at any other club or business for the lack of success on and off the field. We will have a great sporting venue when finished. Let’s start fresh, align with WCE and bring some much needed success to this once great club.

Yes Peel have won back to back flags and yes when you look back in the history books it will say Peel Thunder 2016 and 2017 WAFL Premiers. The truth is even though they won them, we know that it was only because of the additional players from the Dockers that they were in a position to play finals and then the extra players they got at finals time that helped them win the premiership.

I don't mean to stray off topic.
Surely to bloody christ 2 big black lines 10 feet wide need to drawn through those 2 """premierships"""

That's still to do with my point I'm making to Omah, WAG. Even though they won those premierships it wasn't solely as the Peel Thunder Football Club.

It was the Peel Thunder in association with the Fremantle Dockers Football Club Back to Back Premierships.

Omah if it was a joke for the Peel Dockers as you said, how would it be any different if it was the Perth Eagles?

That's the point Mr A. They didn't
If those 2 ""premierships"" are not highly questionable, I'm not sure what the hell is?
But sorry for getting off topic

WAG I'm 100% agreeing with you. The premierships are questionable. That's the point I'm making to Omah when he says that Perth should align with the Eagles because we have been a basket case. Any success will not be SOLELY as the Perth Football Club and will forever have question marks around it.

It has been over 20 years.... would you rather stand against that wall in the members and watch us win and have success.... maybe win a GF...... before we are all kicking up daisies!

Get real, we need help!

I don't want that sort of help. No fake flags. We live or die as the PFC.

beautifully said Dazzler...if it were Subi I'd walk away.

FreeDees wrote: Dear all,

As you may be aware by now the SGM has been postponed after a member raised an issue that the letter of the law had not been followed for the one on 19 June.

No need to panic, the SGM will, as far as I am aware, be held at a later time and this will give the Club to make sure that a clause to ensure a members' vote on any alignment proposal is included in the proposed new constitution.

What has become very very clear since this issue came up is that the members definitely want a say so so far so good.

We now have to 'maintain the rage' as they say and make sure that we come along to the new meeting whenever it is to make sure our voices are heard.

The issue will be whether a 50% or 75% vote is needed for an alignment proposal to get up. You know where I stand - an alignment is an identity changing (destroying) event and should only be entered if 3 out of every 4 members want it.

Cheers

Damian
