Had a quick look at the scores - damned shame that 3.8 in the 3rd , but it looks like the Dees didn't give up at all

Yep 3.8 in the third is what really killed us.

Yeo was very good again today. I thought Eyres was very good against an AFL ruckman in Griffen. Would be nice to have an old fashioned key forward and a mongrel key defender.

To be specific 3 unforgivable set shot 15m misses from Ninyette, Carey and M Jones and Spencer dropping a sitter chest mark 20 metres out all in that third quarter when we had all the momentum and the breeze is what killed us. That was a game we should have won. EF stopped to a walk in the last quarter and the wind dropped off and we still couldn't get up.

Yep, Eyres played a mighty game against Griffin. Redmond Dobson did some good things after he went forward in the second half and that was the best game I've seen Marshall Jones play.

Spencer White struggled.

So basically the same stuff that kills us most weeks,PFC 101 skill errors.

I suggest at 5pm next Saturday we’ll be mothballs for the year once again.

Can only admire what Swans are able to do,how do we get it so wrong each year?

Forget Swans how about the mob we played today, East Freo? They were as much of a blithering mess as us last year and they said, nup, we're not tolerating that, we're going to splash some cash and get the critical mass of talent we need to improve and they did. We never seem to be able to get that critical mass of talent in the door to change the result.

Good effort boys but you can't let teams off the hook like that.

Yep, and guess what, their 10 and 5 point players Kommer and Hampson had 60 possessions between them. Kommer ran like a train through the midfield and Hampson led up and down between the 50 arcs all day long.

Points must be spent on quality.
It's expensive.
We have a 10 point player battling to get possessions in the Ressies.
Wake up PFC.
