Let's not use the excuse of saying better offers, there's nothing attractive about playing at Perth.

I'm pretty sure he will be a runner for Fremantle next season. This would make it hard for him to commit to playing WAFL.

We were talking about Wellingham Mr AFL.
Tendai Mzungu is now in a Developmental role with the Dockers so there is no way we will see him playing back at Lathlain.

Disappointing news about Wellingham.
Nothing much the WAFL can do I would have thought.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!

I didn't think that the alignment clubs could recruit ex AFL players from other WAFL clubs.

The WAFC have the over arching say on all things with the WAFL and the ability to influence-supposedly. Wellingham going to EP holds up a local junior their and assists in keeping Perth entrenched to the bottom of the ladder. Suggest the influence of WCE once again is far stronger than that of the WAFC

I think EP were able to recruit Wellingham due to the fact that Tyler Keitel went to West Perth.

Direct quote from the WAFC Strategic Plan 2017 - 22

E5.1 Identify and implement other specific competition
equalisation measures that support club
sustainability, team competitiveness and a broadcastquality
competition, with all measures in place by
the end of the 2019 season including zone review of
WAFL Club/District zones

Lets hope for sake of the Demons they get cracking with those equalisation strategies......

The relevance here is...?? What is this compensation pick ?
Why should Perth or any other club (except West Perth) suffer for the Keitel deal?
What compensation do Perth get?? Anything ??
And, by the way, whose payroll is Wellingham on? East Perth or WCE ?
