How disappointing is that losing to a second string Peel side with reserves players I've never heard of who are used to getting flogged playing ressies for Peel, all the hard with getting into a position to play finals has been flushed down the toilet.

Add to that why are we playing a home game in Cunderdin Steve Hargraves you flog ,what has this country town contributed to the PFC to get a game of WAFL end of rant from me.

Was meant to be in Northam. If that oval wasn't up to standard should they have moved it to Lathlain.

First quarter cost us today.

I know it's easy to whinge after the event and I think country games are important but WHY at this time of the season? If there are going to be country games, have four games with each club playing one AND play them at the start of the year. Perth have two country games, both towards the end of the season. Another reason it makes it so hard to take this competition seriously.

Why are country games important I ask again wtf has Cunderdin done for the PFC I certainly can't think of any player from there all the WAFC have done has made this a nuetral game for Peel I mean what supporters would of travelled up their besides family and freinds, all so a few country hicks can sink piss watching a club they don't even support.

A disappointing result. This being a match Perth needed to win. They've 2 hard matches in the coming weeks which one would think to be difficult for them. Next week is Away against West Perth. The following week on the road again at Fremantle Oval. A win today was important but sadly Perth fell short. They obviously could not capitalise on their 27 more ball disposals they had.

Fkn diabolical first quarter playing really dumb footy thinking just kicking it blindly forward putting it up in the air would be enough with Graham and Spencer White down there. I think we won each quarter thereafter but the damage was done early after Peel kicked 5 straight. Had the ball in our forward 50 for the last 10 minutes of the game and just couldn't get it through the big sticks also killed us.

Zac Fisher, what a game, we are going to miss that boy big time next year. And top effort by Cody Leggett going onto De Boer after he ran amok in the first half and shut him down. Earl went nuts at quarter and three quarter time at the lack of talk, lack of smarts, lack of anything.

Spencer White and Graham had absolute shockers....probably went in too tall in retrospect.

Yep, it was the Peel second stringers that killed us. No. 21 Blair Bell was permanently loose and just killed us in the transition through the middle of the ground. And young Milward STILL leading the colts goal kicking and looked right at home at league level.

Does P.F.C not offer a supporters bus to go to your country games?
I know we at EF do and love the trip to Gero and overnight stay there. Hate the next morning from the previous day/night shenanigans but we keep coming back and love our country game.

Yep i agree.
I have always thought what advantage are these games to anyone in the current footy climate?
Is it the clubs that put there hands up to have these country games?

I reckon the WAFL teams who's home game it is are giving up to much, from home ground advantage to bar/food takings plus potential gate takings(i suppose the wafl average it out? but that cant be 100% on the money)

Anyway there not for me.

Just throwing this out there . . Are we a more effective side when Graham is out Of the side and garstone and Stevenson are in the ruck, coz it sure feels that way at times
