Aaron looks like a prospect.
Now lets get Hunter back for twin towers.

Starting to get a bit excited.
Just need to find an experienced ruckman.
Yep they're a dime a dozen.

I can't recall this amount of quality recruiting this early in the offseason.
I can't recall this amount of quality recruiting in any season.

Certainly looks a likely prospect. Takes contested marks, presents well on the lead and kicks goals. The main ingredients for a tall forward. Obviously he come s subject to the draft - fingers crossed.

Broadbent's name came up on the SF thread.
I wonder if our radar is still on him.
Was not given the opportunities that SF offered him.
Wonder if another approach might be worthwhile.

Point was DD that in a team that won zero games,the young fella looked to do OK and shows his character in what obviously was a long arsed season for Coburg ....hence my first sentence another piece of the puzzle sorted. ...all about finding the right characters I reckon.

IMO i wouldn’t go after him. He’ll be mid-contract, has ties at SF and will get more opportunities next year with some of their talls having left. They would wouldn’t give him up without a fight, and as a developing prospect i don’t think the juice is worth the squeeze just now.

I guess it was the word “but” that suggested it was a negative rather than positive that he played in a winless team. Hopefully he’s going to be playing in a winning team in 2024 and beyond.

Nup. No more kids thanks.

The coach said at the last colts training session that we don't want anymore kids, we've got more than enough of our own, and we don't want offcuts from other clubs who want to come to Perth to get a league game. He said they were after 5 top liners in a specific age bracket. What's common about the three recruits so far? That's what he's chasing. 

Dazz, that is exactly what we are seeing. Most refreshing isn't it?
Three down and 2 to come... a ruckman and another tall KP (we do lack height down back and I'm not sure we have one in house atm)
