Probably the best side I've seen on paper all season. Two ruckmen, Q, Dellamarta back from a long injury layoff and reserves, you know who dropped and good to see faith shown in Howard and Moody. I'd like to see Howard given a run with role got pace to burn and great tackler.

If we bring the heat like we've done in the past at Claremont Oval an upset is not out of the question.

It was Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve.

I agree with you DD that P can cause an upset.Pretty good side on paper and a victory would wind up IMO a slightly better and encouraging season.I know most WP supporters are hoping you win!

I can't see how this team is any better than any other team we've put out this year. We don't have Avery and Taylor. I can't see what Howard offers the team. He's an average player from a lesser league who got monstered by Leggett last week.  We have done well to lose our last 3 games by 5-8 goals and it would be a good result to get a similar margin tomorrow.

Agreed. Avery has done very well this season and he will miss the second week in a row with concussion.
We will either be wiped away early by Claremont in the first quarter or hang in there for awhile and still lose by 10 goals. We just don’t have the cattle to threaten another side. I get the feeling there could e a few playing their last game for the club tomorrow. The team seems to lack spirit and we could see some good players wanting out.

Sadly for the Wafl competition, this match is going to be a one way street. Claremont's home games have been well above average, whilst Perth playing on the road have been poor. Claremont have scored just over 120 goals at home for 470 disposals inside 50 and currently averaging 25 Disposals/ Goal. For their Away games Perth have scored 74 goals, have 297 disposals inside 50 and averaging 35 Disposals/ Goal.
It would be fantastic to see an upset or 2 in the final qualifying round, although hard to see one happening in this match. It would be fantastic to see Perth come out with a determined attitude and at least give this game a good shake and finish the season positively.

Well done to the colts. A tie in the last game was enough to secure top spot. A rare positive in an otherwise bleak season.

Yes. a great effort by the boys. Showed that they can lift in important moments. Perhaps a tad lucky considering the missed set shots in the final quarter that could have cost dearly.
Minor premiership on percentage is the result of a good season but a lot of work still to be done.
Superb games by Watson and Hall in defence  and Livingston on ball with 2 very good snapshots from the boundary for goals.
Good luck fellas in your finals campaign.

Hard to beat a team with 4 extras on the field. Yes Perth have been outplayed but jeez some very soft free kicks and marks paid to the Tigers in that 1st quarter. Or I am I just dreaming?
