Have to agree it is about time Perth where moved on by the WAFL. There is no hope for Perth and they have to be tapped on the shoulder and the club moved on to Anateurs. They have been useless for over 40 years and there is no hope for them.

You should look back in time and see another club with years in the wilderness.... As tough as it is there is hope...  They only had the VFL recruiters to content with.. not a WAFC with a vested intereent in the AFL

Perth are financial. Have A good supporter base.  A great history. Colts are going well. They keep getting players drafted. You have to have a club that side of the city.

They are here to stay, hopefully.

JL, there is some glint of optimism for the future of the club.
The Colts are an exciting group...undefeated up to now. Well coached by Scotty Moore and with some great assistance from Ben Cousins.
This year was always going to be a learning process for Germo and I think we are seeing exactly that. He is sifting through our lists to discover which players are going to form the the basis going forward next year, and what he needs to find to back them up. ie recruiting
We are 2 & 9 and should be 3 & 9 after this week. Except for a few very bad games this season the performances have been encouraging. The win over Souths was a very good effort but unacceptable umpiring decisions in the games against Swans and Peel cost us 8 points. We could have been sitting 5 & 7.
We are seeing some very good prospects coming through the Colts and the underage groups which is cause for some quiet optimism going forward.
