I am happy for Jaiden.
But don't like a mid season draft.
It ruins second tier Club's seasons.
As for Perth there always seems to be a twist when something good happens.
We've been fucked around twice this year in relation to tall key forwards.
We never seem to get a good run at it.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!

Like others, I congratulate Jaiden, while lamenting his loss to Perth. We have no luck - guys like Saunders, Shaw, Keitel, Sokol, kick goals year after year without getting drafted. We get 5 games out of Hunter. However, it has been good to see that Hunter has spoken well of the club, and his mother put a nice post on the Facebook page thanking Perth for the support and assistance given to Jaiden through his injuries.

He's a quality young man. I had a chat with him in pre season before Xmas asking how he's tracking. He'd had a setback but I said take your time mate your health comes first better to take your time than rush it and suffer another injury.

What staggers me is how EF let him go. Goes to show the depth of talent at their disposal. I think Jaiden made the U/18 squad in his colts year with us playing at CHB which the Essendon recruiter mentioned. He will succeed.

If EF have anymore like him that are surplus to your needs please send them our way.
