Another crap effort by our club. Yes there was an event back at the club from midday. But the only notification was a small line notification at the bottom of a long facebook post. The club should have emailed all members, There should have been an individual Facebook post and something on the website.  Perth's communication has gone from terrible to absolutely woeful. 

Congrats Perth Reserves on your fine win. I know two ex legends who are mates of mine in Gero - Max Jancey and Barry Charles Dalton will be celebrating your victory with more than a few ales !!!
Good to see two premierships yesterday from the East End of town.

Walking around the area with my Dees jumper on post our win yesterday was great. So many people from the Dees and opposition clubs gave me the old "Go the Dees!!". I was staying at Crown towers for the night after and bumped into David Mundy in the lift. He led off the conversation by saying "Well done to the Dees, very happy for them. It's been since 1999 - is that right?"

Told me to enjoy my night. Top bloke.

I just managed to wish him luck with an "All the best for another Doig medal"

Did he happen to mention the 2004 flag he won at Subi was the highlight of his illustrious career?  

Not yesterday, though I have heard him wax lyrical about it before.

Well done D's on the win, would have been daylight robbery if we had pinched the win with that late burst as your boys had controlled most aspects of the game for just about all but the last few minutes. Some good performers in your 2's, who should have plenty of confidence going into next year.

Yeoy looked like Conan the Barbarian coming off at half time with his jumper perfectly ripped apart at the chest. Might be a career waiting for you in Hollywood Yeoy.

By the way please don't retire Corey, you are still the best inside mid at the club and we desperately need you. 

Great win by the ressies. That smother by Macca was sensational.

To all those saying we stacked our reserves there was only two players from memory that took the field on Saturday that played more league football than reserves football this season.
