Never seen a Perth supporter happier with a loss. Is this you Demons Den? If so why the name Derek? But hey no hard feelings please com to more games than two from eight.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Gee I didn't know it was a crime to have a different username when joining a different forum? How many former usernames did you have TFAF? I reckon this is about your 4th in 2 years, nice going. Another weirdo. I don't have to explain my reasons for not attending more games, I thought you would be happy? Some people aren't happy because you don't go, others say stay away. I would say this, some Perth supporters have too much to say about others and get very defensible about any criticism, regardless whether it is accurate or warranted or not. There wasn't a lot to be positive about today as your previous post highlights. LACK OF EFFORT from a number of players today. Mind you after listening to the 3qtr time speech I thought about going home and mowing the lawn. Bring back Stan Magro!

Time For a Flag wrote: Terrible outcome today. Not a great crowd either.

Bevan, Jacobs, Hodge, Risol - Great.

Florio, White, Sketcher, Eyres, Boyle - Solid.

Ali Smith clearly injured.

Ransted, must be on his last legs. Houghton to replace him.

Reimers had a day to forget, could not play that bad again. But he must start getting a hard ball instead of running off his opponent.

Hug found out the difference between league and Resies. He looked timid as well. May deserve another chance.

Ash Smith had a great running ball but has absolutely no presence or pressure on the field.

Busher beaten and I would be majorly concerned if he is not happy (and therefore dropping his head) that he is not center half forward.

McInnes down today after 3 or 4 good games.

Stack. - Well it would be nice if he could switch on from the start of a game.

Tedesco. (one of my favorites) down today. Looked to be short of breath. Flu?

Sinclair did some ok things but turned it over too often.

Johnston did not impress but it was his first.

Moody failed to follow up on last week.

More talk needed from all. Maybe a good wake up call for the Ressies.

Saw Florio being carried off after the game with what was said an ankle. He looked in a lot of pain.

Umpires favored WP but who cares.

Umpires favored WP but who cares? You do or you wouldn't have mentioned it. By the way the demons won the free kick count once again. I would assume they missed a lot to the demons.

Jonno,
I was 1977 and Lathlain 1977 both cancelled with footygoss or lost to WAFL online/
Btb. I had the unfortunate experience of having to tell a Perth supporter to pull his head in today in regard calling the umpire/umpires maggot/maggots.
In the first instance he did not hear me as I called his name incorrectly. In the second instance he just appeared perplexed that I should mention it. I will add I have mentioned it socially and in person to this same person that it is not appropriate.
Both were in the first half. I mention it on this forum in the faint hope he will see my post and understand it.
Umpires do not matter if one is better, harder , fairer and more disciplined than the opponent.

Wow, fair reality check there yesterday. Blown off the park for the majority of that game by a WP outfit that was really impressive with their hard running and precision by foot. Best performance I've seen from a WAFL team this season. Our mob just never had any space to get clear possession and they consistently made us over use the handball trying to set up the loose man. Lost count of the number of times WP had players free ahead of the play. Forward line looked impotent for the first time this year.

Be interesting to see how they back up after that.

Handball Happy is the way I would describe Perth's performance yesterday Dazz and there is no reason why the forward line should have been impotent. McInness, Busher, 2 ruckmen who spent time up forward, talls down back, Bevan and Stack in great form. That should have been a game where we really made a statement but the reality was we were blown off the park. Too many players not committed to the contest and WP ran harder all day and were able to find a lose player every time they had the football.

Dazzler i reckon if our forward line fails and McInnes has an off day effictively we dont have anymore tall KPs that are genuine type forwards that can fill that role.
Hopefully we are not expecting Stack and Bevan to kick the winning score each week.

When the game was shot to pieces yesterday and it was early on i would have swung McInnes to the backline and thrown Risol up forward just after half time just to mix things up.

Good teams bounce back after a horror game and i like many other supporters will be curious to see how the players respond next week.

Is Murray injured as i believe he is our number one ruckman, his size and bulk gives us an onfield presence!!

FFS Swedgen you are becoming one of the sensitive ones, you haven't joined like the purple circle have you?[/quote]

Purple circle?
No chance of that for me
I'm sure you get a warped satisfaction when Perth get beaten.
Myself and others here have had a go at the players and the coach the past, but unlike you are prepared to acknowledge the improvement.
Anyways didn't you jump off while McMahon's in charge?
Peel is more your go, given your interest in Fremantle
