As good a day of watching football if you were a bulldog fan yesterday. Colts win , reserves win and a shellacking in the league game of a very undermanned opposition.
Lets put that performance into perspective and leave it behind us and prepare well for Fremantle 's reserves team this Saturday which will be a much stiffer test. Not sure the game this weekend was ideally preparation for this week which will be an arm wrestle.

your boys were very good yesterday Dwert notwithstanding a lack of effort by East Freo. I thought the run and carry was exceptional and playing Hams and Kelly as permanent forwards for long periods was a real luxury which will give top sides a headache. Marlion Pickett also was dynamite off the half back line and for once Schloithe seemed to forget about trying to get soft frees and actually played some very good footy....an all round impressive performance by Souths.

Mate, True but EF where deplorable there was zero pressure, it quite literally was a training run, what did get me was the warm conditions expected a slow own, but they ran all day to the last qrt, that could be costly this weekend.

Bazza if EF provided nothing more than witches hats pressure on Mon...than I am pretty sure the SF boys had plenty left in the tank at the end of the game..LOL...

Thanks Cesspit for those words of wisdom...The fact is that the one team that we have had troubles with in recent years is Subiaco whereby we have been consistently their whipping boys. Only won one of the past eight encounters. This week will be a real stiff test against the Fremantle reserves team.
