How is young Jake Solomon going at SF?....would be hard pressed to push Big Brock out of the starting ruck position...can see why Jesse Mirco moved on, getting a SF forward line gig this year is gonna be bloody hard...you guys have a quality queue a mile long!

While only a scratchie, this puts the Doggies as very firm pre-season favorites with Subi at 2 and the Tiges at 3.

More will be revealed after Saturdays Subi v Doggies game down at freo. Shame it looks like being wet as both teams are highly skilled outfits so it may not be as good a spectacle.

Couldn't make the game only got given a halftime score Dwert - def agree it's purely a praccy match to get some time into legs & minds.

Hopefully given the strange pre-season fixturing the lads have got enough in

I hear Josh Pullman might be vice-captain this year - Chris Luff is in the senior leadership group as well for 2017

Cheers Southerner...Chris Luff in leadership group is an interesting one, I would have thought one of your pre requisites to having a leadership group is onfield leadership, not sure Chris is in our best team IMO. Although I am not close to the action.

I would say a few guys might be fighting over a back flank slot , Luffy one of them now Macca is back
