What is even more disgusting is the suggestion that if the Eagles' reserves team, the club formerly known as East Perth, didn't make the finals we could have the farcical situation where the Eagles' players could play in the WAFL reserves' finals. If that were to happen then G Walton et al are even more contemptible than I thought possible.

Rest assured also that despite the report in today's West suggesting that Ballantyne would not be able to play for "Peel"; if Freo want him to play for "Peel" then he will play.

Further, I can't wait to hear G Walton explain how the integrity of the WAFL is maintained if Ryan Crowley is, under any circumstances, eligible to play for "Peel" in the WAFL GF.

Those at the WAFC should hang their heads in shame and should either get a backbone and make decisions which are consistent with maintaining the integrity and credibility of the WAFL competition or resign en masse.

A bad day for the WAFL with the Eagles reserves team flexing its muscle and the sad and sorry plight of the Perth Football Club. Thank god for West Perth otherwise the propect of a Subiaco V alignment club GF looms large.

Mikeh tomorrow at Rushton Park will be a good indication of just how farcical and DISGRACEFUL the host club alignment. ONe would think that if the planets align and we have a combination of the club formerly known as East Perth, "Peel" and Subiaco in the WAFL GF then the WAFC would be hoping for Noah flood like rains to try to rationalise the size of the crowd at the GF.

Just before 3/4 time today I finally realised & accepted the fact that we will have to go out and buy in players to the limit of the caps , club knows it too - and that's just to keep a presence up

I have been backing our young blokes coming through from colts & reserves to take up the fight

But the catch 22 reality is that if they go alright we lose them to Howson & Ditchburn anyway
