Pity they didn't boo Albo at the cricket as well

I repeat, he is not the Prime Minister.

But everything that has gone wrong in Oz since 2013 is the fault of Labor.

I can't cop that shit our PM is having to put up with. For anyone to suggest the bloke doesn't care is ludicrous. Typical bogan mentality in my opinion. FFS you would think he ran around starting the fires himself the way some of them are carrying on.

These so called "bogans" you refer to are people who have lost their houses and livelihoods. This guy who has just come back from a holiday in Hawaii swans in like he owns the place and forces his handshake on people who just don't want to know him. Even if had stopped and listened to the people who were angry he may have won some credit from them, but what did he do, he turned his back and walked away. Even the local Liberal member said that he got the reception he deserved. These people are not looking for miracles from their Prime Minister, they just want to be heard and recognised and on that effort Morrison failed miserably. He is not a leader and his fake election campaign of 2019 is now being exposed for what it was.

Sorry I disagree with you mike. It looks to me like a mob mentality, they know in advance he’s coming so they all huff and puff about what they’re going to say. I can just imagine something like “ I don’t give a fuck who he is I’m gonna tell him to his face”. He’s not fucken superman he can’t put in a cape and blow out all the candles. He’s a human being like anyone else and I think it’s gutless to unload on him.

He said tonight on Nine news he’s been visiting communities ravaged by fire since September. The bloke hadn’t had a break in a long time since he became PM after taking the reigns from Turnbull and sacrificed time with his wife and kids for the benefit of all Australians. As soon as he takes a short break people want to pay out on him because the timing isn’t perfect. FFS give the man a break, no pun intended.

He couldn’t win either way no matter what he does and if it was Shortarse the PM he would have copped a shitload of criticism too. It’s Australia’s way, it’s called tall poppy syndrome.

As I said DD, all he needed to do was to listen. What if he had sat down with that young girl yesterday and listened to what she wanted to say, instead of turning his back. What if he had sat down with a cup of tea with that firefighter and had a discussion with him. He may have found out from him that he had lost his home. Its very easy to be a great bloke when things are rosy, bit harder when there is a national emergency on your hands which is liable to get worse. Whether it is fair or unfair he is the leader of the country and is expected to rise to this occasion. I don't think anyone begrudges him a holiday but surely someone like him with a marketing background would have seen that the timing was all wrong and also the fact that no body knew where he had gone before he left which then led people to speculate what was happening and gave the impression that he had deserted the country in time of need. Also his steadfast refusal to even concede that their climate change policies may need a look at as well as his insistence that fires are state issues rather than admit what everyone knew, that this was a national emergency and he needed to be front and centre at all times. I compare him to Shane Fitzsimons ( the NSW Fire Commissioner) who has probably not had a day off since October but has shown true leadership in this situation, calm and decisive, a good communicator, humble and empathic. Unfortunately I can see very few of these qualities in the PM.

Scotty from Marketing has been sacked twice as CEO of national (NZ and OZ) marketing jobs - for reasons yet to be released.

Fortunately it seems that (much of) Australia may be waking up to the heartless, smarmy, empty cardboard box that he is. His time as Immigration Minister demonstrated that in spades.

His only redeeming feature that I can see is that he is marginally better, and saved the country from Dutton - which is faint praise indeed. And he wasn't forced to take the big job, so any "sacrifice" he has made has been entirely of his own choosing.

Were the fires at catastrophic levels when he went on a family holiday? I doubt it. No matter when he takes a holiday someone is going to take a cheap shot. Did you hear the audio of what this girl or guy we’re saying before he walked away? I didn’t. Maybe they told him to fuck off, plenty did that was heard on the mic.

The way this country treats its Prime Minister is disgraceful in my opinion. It won’t surprise me if he decides you know what it isn’t worth putting my family through this and resigns then we’ll end up with the Prime Minister we deserve because we can’t show a bit of fucken respect. That’s the problem with this country, a lack of respect.

If you want to talk about respect for a Prime Minister cast your mind back to how Julia Gillard was treated by the media and the opposition. Compared with that ScoMo has it easy with support from his media and corporate allies. Maybe you don't remember or think she deserved it.

As for tall poppy syndrome, I would dispute that Morrison is a tall poppy. What has he done? He won the last election on a promise that he was less on the nose than the other bloke and that was his only strategy which was good marketing but had little substance behind it.
