Thats the test, we are all subject to when and if we face a criminal trial, the prosecution must prove it beyond a reasonable doubt , the burden rests with the prosecution and does not shift.

But before you walk into the room , you are subject to the most basic principal every accused person has and that is you are innocent until proven otherwise, and as very well articulated by the AG this morning on 6pr, if guilt is not proven in the eyes of the law you walk out innocent.
