mate...win, lose or draw if it tidies up the senate then it'll be worth it. Ricky Muir, Dion Wang, Glenn Lazarus will all go plus that idiot Bob Day from Family First..and with a bit of luck John Maddigan will get the elbow as well. Lambie may get through as an independent and the Xenophobe will make it easily...as for the rest of the minorities good riddance I say. We can only hope that fat heffer with two fathers from the Greens gets thrown out but I don't like our chances.

Theres two sides to this trigger the Government is threatening to use, over the Hayden Royal Comission findings.Racial abuse and abuse to women on building sites does not happen in WA,where its supposed all the bad CFMEU eggs are.If companys are using 457 workers when Australian workers are unemployed of coarse the union will target thoes employers.Remembering 457 workers are only used when there is a Skill or Labour shortage???Unless you count the new Chinese FTA.
75% of all prosecutions from the mach 1 ABCC where directed to Builders and Subcontractors and not Union officals, individualsmade up the other 25%.Most of the employer prosocutions where for underpayment of wages, the threat of sack if workers didnt work in an ares they regarded unsafe to work, not being paid for weeks on end working 65 hours a week.Basically most of thoes exploited workers are new Australian who are threatend with deportation if they dont do what there told.So the Building Watchdog only will do the job the unions do anyway.
Morgan Poll this afternoon ALP 50.75,,,LNP 49.25...wipeout for the LNP in the Vehicle Building states Vic and SA.SA poll saids ALP 56 v LNP 44

Total & absolute wipe-out here for the Libs - this Barnett creep & his cronies are cactus in the next state election

There is no way any of the WA pillocks will stay on given what Barnett has failed miserably on

Just look at the personal monument at the Quay , the continual backflips & his total arrogance & nastiness when questioned on just about anything

Then there was the Buswell fiasco

Bring it on I say - time for another change

Especially when quizzed about why he didnt inform his Treasurer about the move of the Budget date until after Morrison said it was May 10th, I think this will turn out to be Mals worst nightmare..And Tony is lurking in the background too, its worse than Rudd/Gillard/Rudd at least they got their legislation through the parliment without political black mailing

Was starting to have by doubts about MT, but this is master tactics he really cant lose, he got the Electoral Reform Bill through, in the process wedged the lefty love in between the Greens and Labor, laid the ground work for a clean up of the Senate ( something the ALP actually supported via Gary Gray intially) Has the ideal trigger in the anti CFMEU Bill, Either the cross bench go into bat for the thugs or they pass it, if they block it MT gets the Bill through he wants or if its rejected gets a DD and a Senate cleanout, plus passes it with the Joint Sitting. Nick X might end up with a couple of extra seats, With some luck all the ex Pup Duds get the flick, sadly I think Lambie will hang on. As for Muir and Leylohelm the Gun Nut good riddance.

She also deludes herself, that the policy here was a prime reason her party was swept into power by the AUSTRALIAN people?NO Madam,it did not matter what policy you had,as the AUSTRALIAN people didn't give a Rat's Arse for anything else, than to sweep Rudd and Gillard Out of Power.Their abolishing the Commission watchdog was the least of their self induced bungles,of the Policies and Hare brained schemes they put in,not left out.

Widen those terms of reference Madam. You'd be surprised at what you might find, but like Malcolm, even the thought of Exposing Rotten Union Corruption, might bring things a little too close to Home.Until you widen those Terms, this will just Smack of another Union Bashing Excercise.Typical!

Crap - Border Protection was a number one issue, and the LNP have always been better at it.

We are finding out very quickly what a flimsy pollie Malcolm really is! Its like he writes down his ideas on a restaurant napkin, announces yet another nation saving bright idea to the country only to back down and bin it 2 days later! I wouldn't be surprised at all if he gets rolled before the next poll as his colleagues privately have no confidence in him at all

Despite the fact that Abbott and Turnbull didn't deliver on the Question of the GST Revenue,Barnett's sudden Self announted self righteousness can be very catching and alll the Bullshit he and the WA Libs have pulled over the past few years especially, will be rapidly forgotten! :woohoo:

Nothing will save Barnett Grassy he and his Govt are so on the nose it isn't funny, people are just waiting for their chance. What happens Federally wont matter for shit
