I loved watching India drop the bottom lip last night when things went sour real quick. I'm a massive fan of the Indian team and I love Kohli and the aggression he has brought to Indian cricket but it reverted to type last night when things didn't go their way. Dhoni should have come in before Pandya to steady the ship but no, send the youngster out. Ever Harsha Bogle was all over it. NZ were majestic and thoroughly deserved the win. I hope they go all the way on Sunday.

Now to that other bunch of wobblers. Let's see if the poms can handle the pressure against what you could argue is one of the weakest Australian World Cup teams in memory.

From the look of the weather forecast it looks cool and cloudy but the chances of rain during the day are around 10% so we should get a complete game today.

Well played Black Caps, woke up very surprised to hear they beat India....sums up ODI cricket.....don't think NZ are in the top 2 best ODI sides in the world....but good on them....I guess if given the choice Eng or Aust would of preferred playing NZ over India in the final....won't be a gimme, but great to see the desolation on those cocky Indian faces....players and fans alike

OK so the first piece of the puzzle is in place. Finch has won the toss and the Aussies are batting. Now they need to put up a score that the bowlers can work with. Given Englands record at Edgbaston a lot of things would need to go right for us to win this game. But as NZ showed yesterday anything can happen and they were at longer odds than Australia are today.

I for the life of me cannot fathom what the selectors see in Handscomb. He has to have the worst batting technique in world cricket. Wade's just down the road smashing pommy B-graders for fun but no, teflon Pete gets called up. Hopeless.

On the money Dazzler. Where we've struggled to get decent scores of around 300 or over so far in this tournament, they pick Handscomb instead of Wade...unbelievable.
