Does anyone remember the last four or five catches during the Melbourne test in 1982? The great Bob Taylor behind the stumps; big Cowans at fine-leg; captain Willis ran 30 or 40 yards from mid-on to complete a dismissal; Miller himself at the end. Root and Bairstow should watch it.

I can also vaguely remember back then when Australia had batsmen like Border who when they got a start cashed in AR.
Sadly those days are long gone, well in this current era anyway!

England could drop 12 catches and probably still end up winning this test - Australia's batting line up needs a good coach not the corn flakes packet toy that has somehow weaseled his way in

Bease: agree mate, and sorry for the late reply. Australian cricket, as we know, has always underr-ratted its opposition. Mark Taylor talks as if Cummings has the better side. In addition to that, they are unable to read the history of the 'Ashes' Both sides have always had bowlers go down, so why did they plan a programme which meant the bowlers had no time for recovery?
